We are located within a National Park, in an environment of exceptional natural value with very specific conditions. Living and working here means understanding that every decision matters, and that tourism only makes sense when it is fully compatible with conservation and with respect for the people who make it possible.
For years, we have worked with a clear commitment: to protect the natural environment of the Cíes Islands and to move towards a camping model that is increasingly respectful and sustainable. Not as a trend or a marketing message, but as a way of understanding our work and our future.
Our mission is both simple and demanding: to care for this unique natural space while offering a camping experience in harmony with nature. This commitment translates into continuous improvement of our practices, a reduction of environmental impact, and a way of working based on consistency, respect and responsibility.
We look to the future with a realistic and committed vision. Our aim is to remain a campsite capable of adapting to the particularities and limitations of this ecosystem, operating consciously and balancing three fundamental pillars: environmental preservation, the experience of our visitors, and the development of sustainable practices with long-term meaning.
We believe in a form of tourism that coexists with nature, rather than invading it. Tourism that observes, respects and learns. Tourism that understands that enjoying a place like this also means protecting it, so it can remain what it is.

This ongoing work has been recognised through certifications such as ISO 14001, SICTED, the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism, the S for Sustainability and the Starlight certification. Beyond the awards themselves, what truly matters is what they represent: a conscious, responsible management approach, constantly reviewed and improved.
Our goal is to continue offering an authentic experience in the Cíes Islands without losing sight of what is essential: that everyone who passes through here leaves with unforgettable memories, and with the certainty of having been part of a form of tourism that cares, respects and leaves the place just as it was found.
Because this environment is unique, and caring for it is the best way to give thanks for all that it offers us.

For this reason, we work to conserve biodiversity, protect both terrestrial and marine ecosystems, and ensure that our activity remains fully compatible with the preservation of this environment, today and in the future.
Environmental impact reduction
Reducing our environmental footprint is part of our everyday work
We implement measures to optimise water and energy use, encourage recycling, reduce waste, and improve our facilities in line with efficiency and sustainability criteria.
We regularly review our practices in order to continue moving towards a camping model that is increasingly respectful of the natural environment.
