Campsite Booking

The first step is to book your stay at the campsite. You can choose between bringing your own tent or reserving one of our pre-pitched tents with a bed included.
In both cases, you’ll need to select your check-in and check-out dates and provide at least the following guest details: full name, ID number or passport, email address, and phone number.
Once you’ve entered this information and paid for the first night of your stay, you’ll receive an email confirming your booking from which you can complete the details, make changes and request authorization from the Xunta.

National Park Authorization

To access the island, you must obtain authorization from the Xunta de Galicia. This authorization is required before you can purchase your boat ticket.

  • Open the “Manage Booking” link in the confirmation email you received.
  • Complete all the required information.
  • Click “Request Authorization” to process the authorization.

Once you have requested authorization, you will receive an email from [email protected] with the pre-booking code necessary to purchase your ferry ticket. This authorization guarantees your ability to purchase a ferry ticket to access the island. The code does not expire, so you can buy your ticket at any time.

Boat Ticket

If we are already processing your authorization, once it is approved you will receive 2 emails: one from us and another from the Xunta from [email protected] with the pre-booking code required to purchase the boat tickets.

Reservations Instructions

  • You must make your booking through our website: http://www.campingislascies.com/es/reservas
  • We will send you an email with the confirmation of your booking.
  • Within the camping booking is included the management to get the National Park pre-reservation number given by the Galician Government. You don´t need to order this authorisation by your own: we manage this for you. You will receive an email from [email protected] with an official document including PRE-RESERVATION CODES, required in order to buy the ferry tickets.
  • We need to warn you that his process won´t be automatic, so it can take a while since you make the booking. Furthermore, authorizations are only dispatched 30 days before your arrival date.
  • Once you finish the ferry tickets purchase, you will receive an email with the proper AUTHORITATION FROM THE GALICIAN GOVERMENT, a QR code that will be required at the entrance of the island.
  • Having a booking with us guarantees a place for you on the ferry but we recommend you to book it in advance in any of this companies:

Booking Conditions at Camping Islas Cíes

  • When making a reservation, the first night's payment is required via credit card. For reservations longer than one night, the remaining balance can be paid at our campsite reception, either in cash or by card.
  • Any changes or cancellations eligible for a refund of the first night's payment must be requested at least 15 days before the arrival date by emailing [email protected]. After this period, the first night's payment will not be refunded, but the remaining balance will not be charged. In cases of force majeure (medical, legal, or similar circumstances), a full refund will be issued upon providing proper documentation.
  • Minors are not allowed to stay at the campsite without the supervision of an adult responsible for the reservation. The supervising adult must stay with the minors on the island. Campsite staff may request valid identification at any time to verify the adult’s age.
  • Check-in at the campsite reception is available from your arrival on the island until 8:30 PM. If you plan to arrive later, please inform us by calling +34 986 687 630. It is important to note that if check-in is not completed by this time, the reservation will be marked as a no-show without any refund, and the entire stay will be canceled.
